My name is Lisa Kehler, and I’m a registered dietitian, wellness and nutrition coach. I’ve come to this place in my career after a long struggle with how to re-envision my life after a number unplanned and difficult changes. Using food to calm fear and anxiety became my main coping tool, which worked until it didn’t. I had to find a way out of chaotic and disordered eating and have the life I was meant to lead.
Now, my wish is to help others find their way to a peaceful place and engage in behaviours that optimize health and wellbeing.

Together, we’ll map out your vision that honours your total wellbeing and provides a step-by-step plan that includes self-care and nutrition so you can get there. This is the foundation that will keep you focused on your life goals while supporting your health and wellness.
